## “Girls and Boys Day” – A Day Full of Creativity and Technology
**“Girls and Boys Day” is a fantastic initiative that offers young people the chance to gain insights into various career fields that they might not have considered or that are traditionally not associated with their gender. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of five incredibly curious youngsters who were able to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of camera technology for a day.**

### A Day as Filmmakers
Our young guests had the opportunity to experience all aspects of film production first hand. From the technical setup of the cameras to shooting their own scenes – they were actively involved and could freely express their creativity. The most exciting part of the day was definitely when they shot their own film. This not only gave them a sense of achievement, but also a real insight into what it means to work in media production.
### More Than Just a Job Shadowing Day
“Girls and Boys Day” goes beyond a typical job shadowing day. It is an opportunity for young people to challenge gender stereotypes in the workforce and discover new interests. Our goal is to show all young people that they have the potential to succeed in any field, regardless of their gender. The positive response and the evident growth of the participants in just one day affirm the importance of such events.
